Equinox Announces Details For Revenue Assurance Symposium

Company To Host Annual Telelink User Group Meeting In Nashville

(NASHVILLE, TN) February 28, 2022 — Market-leading telecom solutions supplier Equinox Information Systems announces details for the 2022 edition of their annual TeleLink User Group Meeting (TUGM). After being sidelined for 2 years due to COVID, the company is thrilled to once again host this educational revenue assurance and cost management event in Nashville. Designed especially for communications companies and telecom service providers, the conference begins on April 12th at the Music City Center this year and wraps on the 13th. By popular demand, Equinox is offering an introductory ‘TeleLink 101’ webinar on March 29 in preparation for the event so attendees can maximize their time out of the office and fully benefit from every aspect of the Nashville meeting.

Per tradition, Equinox CEO Byron Middendorf officially kicks off the conference with introductions and opening remarks before turning things over to Equinox EVP David West who presides over the two-day gathering. The event, which focuses on revenue protection and optimization, illustrates best practice strategies though use case presentations, system demonstrations, panel discussions, and interactive training led by implementation and report expert Christi Vanoye. As always, the conference dedicates time for crowdsourcing product features, allows ample networking with industry experts, and includes a customer appreciation dinner.

TeleLink solves business assurance challenges by making usage data actionable. Its robust mediation engine standardizes disparate records, provides in-depth searching capabilities, compiles a data warehouse, and delivers the formatted data to other businesses and backend systems. Its powerful search and report engine provide unparalleled access to the data it captures, resulting in many revenue, expense, and network management benefits. Because TeleLink performs distinct, complex functions, no two companies deploy it identically. TUGM introduces everyone to all possible deployment options and demonstrates new and exciting ways to apply the TeleLink platform to existing operational challenges.

“Of course, Equinox provides dedicated support and training services to our TeleLink community every day, but we truly get to show them such an amazing time at the once-a-year TUGM gathering,” explained Chris Lowe, who is Director, Equinox Support. “These folks are more than just customers; they are our partners, and more importantly, they are our friends. The whole team always looks forward to TUGM, but this year is extra special being able to return in person!”

Registration for the TeleLink User Group Meeting is now open. Get complete event details, including registration link and host hotel details, at: http://www.equinoxis.com/tugm2022.php.
