TeleLink User Group Meeting on Tap

By David West
January 30, 2018

You may have noticed some of our recent tweets and posts reference the fact that we are planning a TeleLink User Group. Scheduled for April 24-25, we plan to resume this meeting as an annual Spring event. I invite you to learn more about the driving force behind our recent social media snippets to understand what this event has to offer.

Something new is coming to Nashville this Spring. If you care about usage analytics, mediation, or routing assurance, you’ll want to be there!
TeleLink exists to make usage data actionable. It does this by extracting usage data from any switch in any format, enriching that usage data with any type of reference data (trunk groups, customers, rates, LERG, TPM, etc.), and then presenting it as mediated usage for billing, scheduled reports for research and validation, or on-demand reports for quick analysis, as well as dashboards and viewers.

TeleLink is currently installed at more than 50 carriers, processing data in more than 100 unique formats, from more than 600 distinct network elements, for a total of more than a billion records a day.

Since TeleLink looks different at every single one of these customers, the user group meeting is a great opportunity to learn new ways to leverage your TeleLink implementation for maximum benefit.

Ever wish you could ask your usage data a question? Come join us in April to learn how you can do exactly that!
Often the sales process for TeleLink starts with a customer saying, “I wish there was a way I could...” followed by some business need that involves sifting through lots of usage data. The beauty of TeleLink is that it is almost always the solution to those wishes. Whether its centralizing usage for subpoena compliance, submitting the FCC mandated Rural Call Completion report, creating Busy Hour reports, validating carrier invoices, just to name a few! At the user group meeting, we will highlight many of these use-cases and help you learn how to easily answer to the questions you have for your data.

Tired of guessing about QOS, SLAs, and bills for your ICAs? Get the 411 on these and all your other acronym needs April 24-25 from your friends at Equinox!
With so many data points available, finding the right ones to use can be a challenge. Combine that with our industry’s love of acronyms and it can be downright overwhelming. At the user group meeting, we will set aside time to review all the data points, statistics, and measurements you can leverage TeleLink to report on.

Join the chorus as our user community gathers in Music City for our totally revamped TeleLink User Group Meeting!
Given that we’re meeting in Nashville in the Spring, the event won’t just be long hours discussing TeleLink. We’ll wrap up the first day with a visit to Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint featuring the best BBQ in town, as well as ping pong, darts, and shuffle board. We’ll also offer a special ½ day training session the next day to round out the event.

We’ve negotiated special discounted hotel rates downtown and registration is now open, so we hope you will join us April 24-25, 2018, in Nashville. Get complete meeting details, including registration link, for the TeleLink User Group Meeting at http://www.equinoxis.com/tugm2018.php.
