Equinox Jumps Into ACCA Activities This Year

Company Sponsors And Participates In Communications Gathering

NASHVILLE, TN—October 18, 2018—Industry-leading telecom solutions provider Equinox Information Systems today announced their plans to sponsor and attend their first-ever Associated Communications Companies of America (ACCA) event. Occurring immediately before the 2018 INCOMPAS SHOW, the ACCA gathering is set for October 28 and 29, also in Las Vegas. Having supplied more than 360 carriers with solutions to address network and profitability challenges, Equinox is no stranger to the telecom industry and is excited to participate in the ACCA and the upcoming meeting.

“ACCA members are telecom leaders who believe in ACCA’s vision of working together to positively affect the consumer experience. Through ACCA, these companies collectively tackle issues such as legislation, safety requirements, and new services, all of which benefit the consumer. They also collaborate on initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs for service providers and operators,” explained Mike Newkirk, of Access Point and ACCA President. “Equinox’s reputation as a telecom solutions provider is well established. The ACCA is thrilled to welcome them as a vendor and to have them participate in our next gathering.”

Formed in 1993, the ACCA is made up of U.S. communications companies who regularly get together to collaborate, innovate, and discuss key industry topics. Currently processing over 2 billion records daily for providers around the world, Equinox has been helping telecom companies stop fraud, mediate usage data, manage expense, and optimize revenue since 1986. With 32 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, Equinox understands the benefit of professional organizations, personal relationships, and collaborative thinking. Involvement in the ACCA is a perfect fit for the company.

“Equinox is honored to sponsor and participate in the ACCA,” noted Equinox’s Executive Vice President David West. “Our customer-driven approach to innovation and product development is perfectly aligned with the ACCA’s mission, and we have established relationships with many ACCA members already. We look forward to engaging with them and forging new alliances on this venture.”
