User Group Meeting

WHAT
It’s been another great year partnering with the Equinox community, and we simply cannot wait to see you all this fall! This educational event is perfect for EVERY member of the Equinox community. Protector and TeleLink users will receive valuable information. Join us in the heart of Nashville this fall for:
- A greeting and introduction to the Equinox team, other individuals that rely on Protector and TeleLink, and the Equinox applications you know and love. David West and Christi Vanoye will welcome you with these initial sessions.
- An update on the exciting new features that have been added recently as well as the opportunity to have a say on what the Equinox team will work on in the upcoming year.
- The opportunity to hear how your fellow users take advantage of what Protector and TeleLink have to offer with User Case Studies.
- In-depth analysis and recommended best practices for aspects of the applications including Warehouse, Reporting, and References.
- Insight into what is coming soon from the Equinox Development team with the Equinox 12 roadmap and new, upcoming modules.
- A unique new session that User Group veterans and rookies will enjoy. Be on the lookout for more about this session in the future!

September 15 and 16, 2025 - This year’s event will be two full days!
WHERE
All User Group Meeting sessions take place in our NEW VENUE, Emerson Hall, which is located at 2512 Gallatin Ave, Nashville, TN 37206.
WHO
Any user of Protector or TeleLink.
COST
Any users with an active Equinox subscription can attend the meeting FREE OF CHARGE. Equinox provides 5 meals as part of the conference. Participants are responsible for their own travel, transportation, and accommodation costs.
