TeleLink User Group Meeting

April 6-7, 2021

We miss you and are eager to host a live event again so we can interact with you face to face! However, for now, we will continue to follow the “new normal” of meeting remotely. Therefore, all aspects of the 2021 TeleLink User Group Meeting (TUGM) will be online. In preparation for TUGM, Equinox will host a TeleLink 101 system introduction webinar on March 23. Then, we will offer the main event as a series of online sessions April 6th and 7th. You must register separately for each session, so you can craft an agenda that suits your schedule. Please see session dates/times as well as registration links below.

WHAT

Specifically designed for EVERY member of the TeleLink community, this event helps you maximize your company’s revenue and business assurance efforts. This educational experience lets you:

  • Better understand TeleLink and its components;
  • Get valuable tips from the developers who designed and created the system;
  • See the latest product features and learn how to leverage them for maximum benefit;
  • Directly shape TeleLink's future by requesting additions and providing product feedback;
  • Submit questions in advance to be answered during the online sessions; and
  • Attend multiple sessions without missing work or incurring travel expenses.

WHERE

All sessions take place ONLINE March 23, April 6, and April 7, 2021.

WHO

Any TeleLink user currently under maintenance can attend the webinars FREE OF CHARGE. With no travel or lodging costs, there's simply no better value for the TeleLink community!

WHEN

In preparation for the main event, Equinox is hosting a TeleLink 101 webinar on March 23. The main TUGM occurs as a series of online sessions April 6th and April 7th. You are invited to attend as many sessions as your schedule allows. To make the best use of your time for the webinars, we'll provide a download link for the session materials BEFORE the TeleLink User Group begins.

Tuesday, March 23, 2021 12:00 PM Central: TeleLink 101. This one-hour online webinar is perfect for new users, anyone who wants to review system basics, or those who want to better understand TeleLink’s abilities. This free system introduction is open to ALL current members of the Equinox community (even if you can’t attend TUGM or have only the Protector application). This webinar is perfect preparation for the user group as well as a great introduction to TeleLink. You must register in advance for this webinar.

Tuesday, April 6, 2021 11:00 AM Central: What’s New in TeleLink. Join us for a one-hour guided tour of the new system features. During this webinar, Christi Vanoye and David West describe the latest TeleLink additions, demonstrate them in the system, and explain how these features can boost your revenue and expense management initiatives. You must register in advance for this webinar. Please note: this session is presented in conjunction with the What’s New in TeleLink 2021 PDF, which will soon be available from the Equinox Online Library. Please download that document in advance of the session.

Tuesday, April 6, 2021 1:00 PM Central: Customer Panel: How Do You Use TeleLink? Case studies are always one of the most requested and most popular topics at the user group. This panel of guest speakers includes on-the-job examples to illustrate the unique ways others address specific business challenges using TeleLink. David West facilitates this 90-minute session as panelists Randy Lemmo (Wholesale Carrier Services), Alicia Tripler (Nex-Tech Wireless), Lori Nelson (Midco), Donna Fincher (Comporium), and Phillip Berry (TDS) present individual use cases. You must register in advance for this session.

Wednesday, April 7, 2021 11:00 AM Central: 10 Tips for TeleLink. Get to know more about your TeleLink support team during this 60-minute educational session. Chris Lowe, who now oversees the Equinox Support team, is joined by Eric Bright, Kevin Cantrell, Amy Oldham, and Taylor Ralph for an informative look at 10 helpful tips you can immediately put to work in TeleLink. You must register in advance for this productivity-boosting webinar.

Wednesday, April 7, 2021 1:00 PM Central: WISH LIST. The TeleLink User Group Meeting wraps up with this crowd favorite topic. Jamie Davis kicks off this 60-minute topic by introducing our project management processes, explaining the WISH LIST lifecycle, and providing a status report of last year’s wish list items. The remainder of the session is spent capturing your feedback for TeleLink’s future features. We also gladly accept ideas for the wish list in advance of the session. If you’ve begun compiling your wish list requests, submit ideas (screenshots and detailed descriptions are very helpful) by email any time before 5:00PM Central Tuesday, April 6. Even if you don’t have any requests, please register and be part of the discussion. You must register in advance for this session.
