REMOTE TeleLink User Group Meeting 2020

April 21-22, 2020

WHAT'S CHANGED

In light of the current COVID19 virus situation and in line with direction from government officials, all aspects of the TeleLink User Group Meeting (TUGM) will be held remotely with no in-person gatherings. Equinox will host a series of online TUGM webinars April 21st and April 22nd. Please see session details and times below and register separately for each session you plan to attend. Thanks for your patience as we work through this unprecedented situation together!

WHAT

Specifically designed for EVERY member of the TeleLink community, this event helps you maximize your company’s revenue and business assurance efforts. During the meeting, you can expect to:

  • Better understand TeleLink and its components;
  • Get valuable tips from the developers who designed and created the system;
  • See the latest product features and learn how to leverage them for maximum benefit;
  • Make a difference. Your questions and input directly shape TeleLink’s future features;
  • Submit questions in advance to be answered during the online sessions; and
  • Attend multiple sessions without missing work or incurring travel expenses.

WHERE

All sessions take place ONLINE April 21 and 22, 2020.

WHO

Any TeleLink user currently under maintenance can attend the webinars FREE OF CHARGE. With no travel or lodging costs, there's simply no better value for the TeleLink community! If you had already registered for the in-person TUGM, we’ll email additional details to your inbox. If you hadn’t previously registered, it’s not too late to take advantage of this educational event.

WHEN

The event occurs as a series of online sessions April 21st and April 22nd. You are invited to attend as many sessions as your schedule allows. To make the best use of your time for the webinars, we'll provide a download link for the session materials BEFORE the TeleLink User Group begins.

Monday March 30, 2020 (11:00 Central): This one-hour online webinar is perfect for new users, anyone who wants to brush up on system basics, or those who want to better understand TeleLink’s features. This free session is open to ALL current members of the Equinox community (even if you cannot attend TUGM or are currently only a Protector user). This webinar is perfect preparation for the user group as well as a great introduction to TeleLink. If you weren’t able to attend this training, you can download and watch the recorded version at any time from the Equinox Online Library.

Tuesday, April 21, 2020 11:00 AM CDT: Equinox kicks off the 2020 TeleLink User Group Meeting with a one-hour ‘What’s New in TeleLink?’ guided system tour. Join Christi Vanoye and David West as they demonstrate the newest system features and explain how these additions can benefit your revenue and expense management initiatives. Also, Derek Drake highlights the latest TeleLink dashboard enhancements as he leads a portion of this session. Tuesday, April 21, 2020 2:00 PM CDT: Equinox is pleased to offer a ‘Getting the Most out of TeleLink: Insights from the Development Team’ webinar as part of the 2020 TeleLink User Group Meeting. During this one-hour session, Equinox Vice President of Software Engineering David Bastin provides helpful guidance for harnessing the system’s most powerful features. Wednesday, April 22, 2020 11:00 AM CDT: Equinox offers a special online version of the ‘TeleLink Wish List’. Get your questions and requests ready for this ever-popular crowdsourcing event. Your feedback and input during this one-hour session will directly shape TeleLink’s future roadmap. We encourage you to join this session and be part of the discussion even if you don’t have any enhancement requests. Register for the ‘TeleLink WISH LIST’ webinar here.

For maximum flexibility, each session is a distinct webinar with different logins. Please register separately for each session. Due to the format change, you must register for the TUGM webinar(s) even if you previously registered for the onsite 2020 TeleLink User Group Meeting.
