WHO

WHEN

The event occurs October 3 - 5, 2022 (Monday through Wednesday) in Nashville. By popular demand, we are pleased to once again offer an introductory training webinar BEFORE the meeting.

NEW DATE, Tuesday September 13 (12:00 Central): Fraud 101: Using Protector's Rules in the Fight Against Fraud. This one-hour online webinar delves into the role of creating and using rules to detect fraud, with a comparison of rule usage between Protector 10 and 11. This training is perfect for all system users, regardless of skill level, application version, or ability to attend PUGM in Nashville. This free training is open to ALL current members of the Equinox community but does require separate registration. (This session has been rescheduled from September 20 to September 13 to avoid conflicting with CFCA's fall meeting.)

Monday October 3: Lunch is provided at 12:00 pm at the Music City Center, followed by the event's official kick off at 1:00. Please plan to arrive at the Nashville airport by 11:00 am (Central) to take advantage of the day's activities. The UGM event begins with formal introductions, followed by use case demonstrations of the system's new features.

Tuesday October 4: This day begins with breakfast at the Music City Center. Educational and networking sessions for this day include carrier-led case studies, training, access to the Equinox support and development team, lunch break, group photo, and the ever-popular Wish List. All training sessions are led by Implementation Manager, Christi Vanoye. We gladly welcome suggestions and advance questions for the training sessions. After sessions wrap, Equinox also provides a relaxing networking dinner Tuesday night at Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint.

Wednesday October 5: The final day starts with breakfast at the Music City Center followed by a special Support presentation, training, and sessions running until noon. Lunch is available at noon for those who have later flights.
