Nashville, TN - December 21, 2010 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that Sovernet Communications, a provider of Internet and telecommunication services to residential and business customers throughout Northern New England, has upgraded to TeleLink 5.
In 2006 Sovernet Communications selected the TeleLink mediation system to automate its usage record transmission process. As a testimony to the reliability and quality of TeleLink, Sovernet has elected to upgrade to TeleLink 5. Equinox provided Sovernet with Rate Management and Vendor Invoice Reconciliation functionality. TeleLink 5 supports importing rates from multiple carriers and identifying calls where the rate applied by the carrier differs from the rate calculated by TeleLink. In addition to these two major enhancements, TeleLink 5 also provides the new features and benefits including two new CDR search utilities and streamlined reporting.
