Equinox Provides Revenue Assurance Solution for SouthernLINC Wireless

TELELINK PERFORMS REPORTING, ANALYSIS, AND MEDIATION FUNCTIONS

Nashville, TN - April 24, 2013 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems reports that wireless carrier SouthernLINC has licensed the TeleLink mediation and revenue assurance system. Based in Atlanta, SouthernLINC Wireless bundles multiple communication options, including Push To Talk (PTT) two-way radio, cellular service, wireless Internet access, wireless data, and text and picture messaging, into one hand-held device. They licensed TeleLink to extract, enrich, and store usage data from their DMS GSM wireless switch.

"TeleLink provided both mediation and reporting solutions in one system," explained Leigh Swindle, Engineering Analyst for SouthernLINC Wireless. "The TeleLink system offered us flexibility, speed, and insight into our network activity."

TeleLink is Equinox's flagship revenue assurance platform. It controls the flow, format, and final destination of usage records. The system allows disparate usage data to be standardized, searched, stored, and retrieved. TeleLink also provides powerful reporting functions by enriching, summarizing, and converting usage records. In other words, it makes usage data actionable. In this case, TeleLink's advanced usage detail analytics provide SouthernLINC with essential revenue management benefits.

"TeleLink's reporting engine gives SouthernLINC unparalleled access to their usage data," said David West, Executive Vice President for Equinox Information Systems. "By making this usage data actionable through mediation and analysis, TeleLink provides the tools to increase efficiency and protect revenue."
