Byron Middendorf
CEO, Owner, and Founder
Byron oversees the sales, marketing, implementation, and support of our complete suite of software solutions. With more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, he was Director of Marketing for Compco, Inc., a billing service provider, served as Director of Telecommunications for the State of Tennessee, and was in sales with AT&T Telephone Systems prior to founding Equinox.

Wayne Lowe
President, Owner, and Founder
Wayne oversees all the development of our complete suite of software solutions. With more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, he was Director of Programming for Compco, Inc., a billing service provider prior to founding Equinox.

David West
Executive Vice President
David is responsible for the company’s sales and marketing efforts as well as developing and implementing the company’s long-term strategic plan. West works directly with the company’s hundreds of customer sites across the United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia. With more than 13 years experience in sales and business development, David joined Equinox in 1996.

Dennis Wynne
Vice President – Systems
Dennis is the company’s most senior developer and is responsible for our technical infrastructure. The original developer of many our applications, Dennis joined Equinox in 1987. He has more than 20 years development experience.

Joe Herron
Vice President – Support
Joe oversees all of customer support, including quality assurance, documentation, installation, training, and help desk. With nearly 20 years experience in software support, he was Manager of Customer Service for Telco Research and worked for Network Data Corporation before joining Equinox in 1997.
