Fraud Detection and CDR Utilities Provide Hargray Maximum Fraud Protection

The suite includes Collector, an X.25 call record collection system; Protector Deluxe, one of the industry’s most widely used fraud detection systems; and ShowCDR Deluxe, a sophisticated call record search utility system. With the Equinox suite, Hargray will be able to control fraud that was difficult to detect with previous technologies and reduce significant losses attributed to long-distance telephone fraud.
