EQUINOX INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE
OF TELELINK - A FLEXIBLE TELECOM MEDIATION PLATFORM

Information Systems today announced the release of TeleLink, a CDR
mediation platform, which allows carriers to efficiently deliver
call detail records (CDRs) in different formats to their billing
platforms and multiple operational support systems (OSS) such as
fraud detection, network traffic analysis, and CABS reconciliation.
Part of the
Equinox Information Systems Mediation product line, TeleLink is a
single system designed to control and audit the flow of call detail
records. TeleLink accepts usage records from multiple sources in
multiple formats, including binary AMA and CDR as well as ASCII. The
system applies user-defined business rules for filtering and
converting the data, creating and forwarding output files in one or
more formats to one or more destinations, logging each step in the
process and maintaining a detailed audit trail.
TeleLink
allows carriers to maximize revenue and reduce operational costs,
saving both time and money by automating the flow and ensuring the
integrity of call data as it travels from the switching platform to
billing and other downstream OSS processes. The application allows
