Supra Telecom Chooses Equinox Information Systems for Mediation Software

COLLECTOR & TELELINK INTEGRATE WITH SUPRA'S LUCENT 5ESS SWITCHES TO PROCESS CALL DETAIL RECORDS 

Nashville, TN — March 28, 2003 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that Supra Telecom has licensed Collector Deluxe and TeleLink to integrate with Supra Telecom's Lucent 5ESS switches for real-time CDR collection and mediation. Collector Deluxe provides real-time delivery of call detail records (CDRs) from the 5ESS switch to a carrier's local area network (LAN). TeleLink facilitates the delivery of CDRs to downstream processes by filtering and converting call data to the appropriate formats for operational support systems (OSS), such as billing, fraud detection, and network traffic analysis.
