Telephone Selects Equinox Suite of Software Applications

LICENSES NETWORK MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Nashville, TN — October 3, 2003
- Nashville-based Equinox
Information Systems today announced that ETEX Telephone Cooperative,
a customer-owned cooperative with over 16,000 access lines,
has licensed a suite of Equinox software applications. The software
applications are Collector, Manager, and ShowCDR. These applications
will enable ETEX Telephone to manage their network in real-time
with advanced features for call detail record (CDR) reporting.
"We anticipate that these Equinox software
applications will help us manage our Nortel DMS 500 telephone
switch in an efficient and cost-effective fashion.” stated
Ed White, Central Office Supervisor of ETEX Telephone Cooperative.

The software applications purchased by ETEX
Telephone include:
- Collector: for real-time delivery of call
detail records (CDRs).
- Manager: to document network performance
and activity in detail by analyzing CDRs.
- ShowCDR: for real-time CDR searching
and reporting capabilities.
