New
Products - Equinox recently released TeleRoute, a powerful least
cost routing (LCR) tool to help carriers automate the process
of managing, and updating network routing guides.
New Releases - Equinox released new versions of several applications
including major new releases of TeleLink (multi-platform mediation,
CDR analysis and ad hoc reporting), Manager (historical LERG
reporting and engineering studies), and TeleScope (real-time
ASR and margin analysis). We also continue to enhance the industry-leading
telecom fraud management system, Protector 10.
New
Markets - Our expanding customer base now includes a number
of wireless carriers (including new customers Cellular 2000,
Golden State Cellular, Nex-Tech), cable companies (Charter Communications,
Cox Communications), and VoIP providers (Buyer's United, Charter
Communications, DiscoveryTel).
New
Customers - With more than 150 total customers, Equinox signed
up 16 new clients in recent months. New contracts include carriers
deploying the Protector 10 Fraud Management System such as Charter
Communications, CoxCommunications, CTC, Mpower, Dial-Around,
and Eureka. Equinox also inked contracts for mediation systems
with new customers including DiscoveryTel, Cincinnati Bell,
Golden State Cellular, Wood County Telephone, CIMCO, Blair Telephone,
ClearTel, Nex-Tech, and SierraTel. Several new customers also
purchased network reporting and analysis tools, including Charter
Communications, Cincinnati Bell, DiscoveryTel, and ClearTel.
New
Contracts - Through upgrades and new purchases Equinox extended
relationships with existing customers including Buyer's United,
Trinsic, Consolidated Communications, Florida Digital, Conversent,
Primus, NuVox, and Pioneer Telephone.
