Wood County Telephone Company Selects Equinox Software for Nortel
DMS-100 Switch Platform

COLLECTOR DELUXE PROVIDES REAL-TIME DELIVERY OF CDRS

Nashville, TN — June 8, 2004 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that Wood County Telephone Company, an integrated communications provider based in Wisconsin, has licensed Collector Deluxe. Wood County selected the Collector Deluxe mediation system to automate its call detail record (CDR) transmission process. The software, which downloads records in real-time by using the Automatic File Transfer process via an Ethernet Interface Unit, interfaces seamlessly with Nortel Networks DMS-100 switch.

"With real-time delivery, data verification, and alarming, Collector Deluxe is a powerful mediation system that allows us to proactively manage the transmission of CDRs from our Nortel DMS-100 switch."

Collector Deluxe provides real-time delivery of call detail records (CDRs) and supports a number of switch types and communication protocols including X.25, TCP/IP, and file transfer protocol (FTP).
