Matrix Telecom Turns to Equinox for Communications & Telephone Fraud Software

Nashville, TN — July 17, 2007 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that Matrix Telecom has selected Protector 10 for real-time telecom fraud protection for up to 1 million usage records per day. Protector 10 will monitor call traffic on Matrix Telecom’s communications network.

Protector 10 provides real-time fraud protection by identifying instances in which a customer's actual usage varies from expected usage in a manner that suggests fraudulent activity. The software has allowed hundreds of telephone and communications companies to reduce fraud losses by distinguishing fraud from legitimate customer usage.
