INSTALLS SOFTWARE AT TELECOM IN THE PACIFIC ISLANDS

TN — November 6, 2006 - Nashville-based
Equinox Information Systems today announced that Marshall Islands
National Telecommunications Authority, the incumbent telecommunications
operator in the Marshall Islands, has licensed the Collector
AFT/EIU mediation system as well as ExtractCDR to automate its
call detail record (CDR) transmission process.

AFT/EIU offers great value when compared to the price of building
a custom software system to download usage records in real-time
via a high-speed Ethernet Interface Unit," explained Ron
Cenicola, CFO for Marshall Islands National Telecommunications
Authority. "In addition to a great price, Collector AFT/EIU
comes with advanced features, such as e-mail alarm notification,
to ensure the quality of usage data transfers."
Collector
AFT/EIU provides real-time delivery of usage records and supports
a number of switch types and communication protocols including
X.25, TCP/IP, and file transfer protocol (FTP). ExtractCDR transforms
raw switch data and billing records into usable formats.
