Nashville, TN — September 15, 2009 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that Onvoy, a full-service wholesale communications provider based in Minneapolis, has upgraded its TeleLink 5 with Network Reporting. TeleLink, which integrates with all switch types, prepares call and usage data for use by downstream operational support systems (OSS) and monitors network performance and activity in detail by analyzing usage data.
In this new agreement, Onvoy is upgrading its current TeleLink software to TeleLink 5 with Network Reporting and is expanding the scope of its maintenance support & service agreement. Onvoy has been a customer of Equinox Information Systems since 1999.
