Then in 2012, First Communications selected the TeleLink platform to mediate usage records from multiple data sources, compiling them into a single, complete record for delivery to their billing system vendor. First Communications also sought Equinox’s help on an initiative that included installing the Protector fraud management system (FMS) in 2015.
