Nashville, TN - May 7, 2012 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems reports that First Communications—a leading regional competitive communications provider offering high-capacity metro and long-haul fiber network services—licensed the TeleLink revenue assurance solution along with its Network Reporting module. TeleLink mediates usage records from any number of input files/data sources, transforming them for use by OSS and downstream processes. In this case, First Communications uses TeleLink to mediate usage data for delivery to its billing system vendor. TeleLink is also capable of standardizing usage data to generate network analysis reports for First Communications.
Out of the box, TeleLink with Network Reporting offers the industry's most advanced traffic analysis system in the form of pre-configured reports. TeleLink's state-of-the-art reporting and data integration features allow disparate usage data to easily be standardized, searched, stored, and retrieved.
