This fraud management conference is set for November 13 through 15 at the Music City Center this year. Designed especially for Equinox’s fraud management customers, the event centers around the latest fraud control strategies combined with direct access to the industry-leading fraud management experts. This event is the cornerstone of Equinox’s mission to help telecom carriers protect and optimize their revenue, with all content developed to increase fraud management awareness and maximize return on investment for operators and carriers who battle telecom fraud daily.

Equinox CEO Byron Middendorf serves as the event’s chairperson and opening speaker. The remaining conference lineup includes multiple training sessions, panel discussions, carrier-led case studies, a presentation on using and optimizing the latest FMS tools, a strategy session for increasing FMS efficiency via automation, and a survey-based presentation focused on identifying and overcoming revenue share control obstacles (led by Technology Research Institute’s lead analyst Dan Baker). As always, the agenda includes dedicated time for crowdsourcing future product features. CFCA members who attend the User Group Meeting continue to earn educational credits to qualify for CFCA’s Certified Communications Security Professional (CCSP) designation.

Joe Herron, Vice President of Equinox Support, said, “Our mission is to exceed expectations by providing the highest level of service and respect to customers. The Protector User Group Meeting is an extremely valuable part of the Equinox customer service experience, allowing us to honor the long-standing relationships we have with customers and acknowledge their contributions to the Protector community.”
