Nashville, TN - February 8, 2012 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems announced that Cincinnati Bell (NYSE: CBB), one of the nation's most respected and best performing local exchange and wireless providers, has upgraded to the latest version of TeleLink with Network Reporting. The decision to upgrade and expand the system was based on Cincinnati Bell's previous experience with the TeleLink solution. The upgrade includes additional licenses for the system, record enrichment, matching, and delivery to new downstream applications.

TeleLink is a robust, extensible revenue assurance platform that takes raw files and transforms them into actionable records. It does so by performing functions such as auditing, enriching, matching, and delivering usage records to other downstream applications. For Cincinnati Bell, TeleLink is processing usage records from the multiple data sources—including an off-net feed—enriching records, matching records to compile a single, complete record, and then delivering those records downstream for billing and fraud functions. TeleLink also includes a data warehouse that serves as a hub for storing and reporting upon revenue assurance data.
