Nashville, TN - August 11, 2004 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that CIMCO Communications has licensed and installed the TeleLink mediation software system, to process call records from its Lucent 5ESS switch. This software will filter and convert call data for use by operational support systems (OSS) including billing and network traffic analysis.

TeleLink allows carriers to maximize revenue and reduce operational costs, saving both time and money by automating the flow and ensuring the integrity of call data as it travels from the switching platform to billing and other downstream OSS processes.
