Nashville, TN - May 10, 2013 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems announces that SI Wireless has licensed the TeleLink business assurance solution, including the Network Reporting module. SI Wireless provides wholesale and consumer based wireless voice and data services to areas of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Illinois. SI Wireless initially licensed the TeleLink solution for the purpose of evaluating their roaming partners' and home users' data usage. TeleLink generates reports that summarize carrier usage by day as well as reports that compare on-net and off-net usage for non-roaming users. SI Wireless also used TeleLink to view individual records and to aide in researching issues, such as duplicate usage records. SI Wireless has now expanded their license for TeleLink to include voice records as well.
"The TeleLink tool extracts and stores usage records so we can analyze our network activity in near real-time," said SI Wireless Chief Operating Officer Michael Beehn. "Having access to the data in this manner allows us to promptly investigate issues and to continue optimizing network usage by our roaming partners."
TeleLink captures and presents usage data for essential reporting and analysis functions. Its reporting and data integration features are extremely robust, allowing disparate usage data to easily be standardized, searched, stored, and retrieved. TeleLink offers the industry's most advanced set of pre-configured reports as well as a report creation tool for generating ad hoc reports. Both features are available out-of-the box in the TeleLink with Network Reporting solution.
